Mission House Wakiso

Mission House’s Founder, Freddie Kajjumba, is the son of a single mother.  Driven by his passion for seeing his neighbors come to know Christ, he has developed a variety of community outreach programs that will not only meet the practical needs of single mothers and the community in which he lives, but also reach his neighbors with the hope of the Gospel.

Community Outreach Programs

The Single Mothers Vocational School provides women with an opportunity to learn a trade that will make them competitive in the marketplace and capable of providing for their children.  The school includes diverse opportunities for the women to learn skills in:

  • Fashion Design and Sewing
  • Cosmetology
  • Small Business Development
  • Computer Literacy

In addition, Freddie and his staff plan and host monthly Fun Nights that are designed to operate like an overnight youth retreat that consists of games, food, fellowship, music, and bible study.
